There's a lot of small restaurants and whatnot out there and I was wondering how everyone goes about logging something if the EXACT food isn't in the database? I find a similar food and log that. Is that bad? HELP!

I would personally just try to find a dish that's similar. As long as you don't go out every night and constantly underestimate, it'll be fine.0

Thats what I do. I find a similar dish and put that in. If there are two dishes that are similar and one is higher then the other, I always put the higher dish in. I believe its better to log higher then lower to be on the safe side.0

Thanks! Yesterday I went to a Mexican restaurant and ate a Chimichanga. There were several options, but I took the one highest in cals to punish myself for going out to eat in the first place lol. Alot better than under-estimating!0
