Hello everyone

Hi everyone, I just started on MFP and I'm looking for some friends to help me out. I have about 30 pounds to lose and i'm determined that this time around its going to be all about the healthy lifestyle change and less about the weird fad diets, and i think it would be miles easier with some support/motivation :)

so If you have any exercise or diet tips for a complete beginner i'd love to hear them!

    Hi and welcome to MFP. I joined last week and have lost 6.7lbs in two weeks. Prior to that I lost 40lbs and would still like to lose another 39lbs. Feel free to add me as a friend

    I also just joined MFP and have about 30 pounds to lose. In 6 weeks, I'll be out of school for the summer and vacationing. I'll need all the support I can get.:smile:

    Good luck! I would like to lose 30-35 more also. I think my best advice would be to count your calories. THat is when I have the most success!
