I am also 5'7 and hold most of my weight in my center blah.. Started at 247, now 199. Aiming for 160, then hopefully 150. Good luck on your journey!!

I am 5'8 3/4 (lost some height d/t back surgeries)
I began at about 260 here at MFP on Feb. 14th of this year; the heaviest I have ever been even pregnant! I am down to about 240 now and have hit a plateau but that will not be for long.
Last time I lost weight I got down to 175 and was in a size 10. However, that was not what I wanted for my final weight. Realistically, I would like to be about 140 as I am broad shouldered, curvy and somewhat muscular so I think that would look nice on me. We shall see. I hope to get some pics on here soon as well.
Anyone can add me if they want to!

I'm 5'7 and have always been "thicker" my whole life. My heaviest was 172, the pics below show me around 169... and as of today I am 162.

I'm 5'7" and naturally curvy (big bust and hips). this is me currently at 159lbs (only 5lbs down from my highest weight):
And about 4 years ago at my lowest weight of about 138lbs:

I just reached my goal yesterday
I started around 160 and am now at 140lbs. I decided I'm not done, but I'm not going to focus on the scale anymore- I'm going to focus on muscle.
Lets see if it works this time:

I'm 5'7" and currently weigh 230lbs, and my goal is about 160-170lbs, depending on how I look/feel at that point. I've always been very curvy and have wide shoulders and hips, so I think I would look absolutely gaunt at the 135lbs that my nursing nutrition text book says my ideal weight is. I have really, really muscular thighs as well.
I'm just starting out here though, I was about 238 a couple months ago, but I just started logging my calories and really paying attention to my intake.0 -

I'm 5'7, was around 185lb at my heaviest, now I'm down to 135lb! It's the best thing I've ever done and I've never been happier. You can do it (I have lost the weight since April 2011).

the end of april before eating breakfast-> may 20th after a 780 cal breakfast
Netting 1650->netting over 2000 (daily nutritional values are based on this)
Sedentary->hiking every few days, trying a few pullups every few days but being pretty fail plus vacuums in bed when remembered

Ive lost 15lb in total although at one point over these last 3 months I did loose more but then I put a few pounds back on, Im hoping that by the end of june I will have lost another 10lbs as im currentky 234lbs and by my wedding next May i'd like to be 196 or less which would put me at a UK size 16, but 15lb down and I cant see any reall difference in my shape and my clothes arnt any bigger on me, is this normal at points?0 -

I'm 5'7'' and in my before pictures was probably around ~175...the during picture ~147 I'd say. Right now I am 143 but I don't think there is much difference yet. My goal weight is 130 but it is dependent on how fit I am. I don't want to look skinny, I want to be healthy, happy and fit.
