If I understand correctly your work part of the intervals is 2:30 and the rest part is 30 seconds. That would be killer because it is a huge negative rest type interval.

Do you do this at home or the gym? I want to start something at home like that but don't know how to go about it!

yea I gave it a test run, and I forgot to put crunches on there at the end. Hopefully, I can research exercise enough to come up with a better workout.

looks good. Only suggestion would be to add some pushups (5 variations standard, wide, military, decline and diamond) and crunches. You'll thank me!!!

I would forego the crunches. They are bad for the back. I would rather suggest you do Stability Ball Rollouts, Stability Ball Jack-knifes, Mountain Climbers, or cross body mountain climbers.

You would also get more bang for you buck, so to speak, by reducing the number of isolation exercises like curls and lateral raises, and replacing them with compound exercises like pushups, rocca pushups, chin-ups, horizontal rows, and the like. Adding some more lower body stuff like lunges, splits squats, jump squats and the like for some of those curls would be better as well. Get the big muscles moving.

i love the stability ball but to say crunches are bad? no, but you got to do them right and incorporate other core exercises as well.

Crunches are very hard on the back. My big point is there is little reason to risk your back when there are a multitude of other exercises that work just as well, if not better. I just listed a few. There are many more.

Just did the workout and my HRM said it burned 145 calories. Not bad for a 10 minute workout
