Hello everybody,
I'm seeking healthy snack ideas to help me get through a very long stretch of 4.5-5 hour driving.
Any ideas. I will not have a cooler except for my bottle of water which I'll probably try to refill it when I hit a nearby town with a small restaurant.
Thanks ahead!

Dried fruit (just make sure to weight it - which is pretty much true of anything I list here), ostrim beef sticks (tons of protein), almonds, animal crackers (un-frosted), and a baggie of breakfast cereal are our go-to snacks.

Fruits like apples, bananas, peeled clementines or bite size veggies like baby carrots, celery sticks, bell pepper stripes. Granola bars, trail mix, whole grain crackers, rice crackers, PB&J sandwiches.

Thanks for some great ideas, everybody. However, I'm pretty sure if I buy the almonds with the hint of chocolate attached to them, they'll last me an hour hahah

How about anything from the organic aisle? Apart from fruits and veggies?
