hey i am new to this site..only reason i am usuing it is that i just started ACE 2 weeks ago and needs to track my calories and what not.

    I have some samples but i havent taken them im to scared because i looked up the side effects..(ocd person)

    smart thing to do. i havent any side effects. just more energy and less hungry.

    I take it! I love it...but haven't lost any weight on it. But I am enjoying the energy and appetite control! I just wish the numbers on the scales were going down.
