I want to preface this by saying I've never even been able to do 5 minutes straight on an elliptical.. tonight.. I did 25 minutes straight.. just over 3 miles!
I know for some its nothing special.. but for me it is huge!!!
I just started working out again last moday... so 6 days in and I've had this big of an approvement.
I'm so proud of myself!
