Hello all!
I am a mum of 5, I am lactose intolerant and soya intolerant, so my dietary choices are sometimes not easy! I had lost 66 pounds but have out 39 back so here I am full of energy and ready to start again!
I hope that some of you will join me and support me on my journey and I shall endeavor to offer the same x

Hi, I am fairly new to this program, starting and stopping a couple times, but have really tried to stick with it the past couple weeks and to my suprise, it really works! Being accountable and really sticking with it has netted me 5 pounds down. I have a lot more to go, and really need all the support I can get. My goal is to start walking some and see what that does. I work in office all day and by the time I get home I always find something else more important to do (or so I convince myself). I have had recent blood work done and found out my iron and B12 was very low, and am a Type 2 diabetic. I am taking meds to build blood and B12 shots, so hopefully I will be feeling a lot more like walking in the evenings here pretty soon. Nice meeting you and hope to share in your success to come.0

I have had bloods done to that were very low in iron and it makes you so tired, I have been taking tablets for about 2 months but they do have some side effects dont they, my ibs flared up worse than ever. Also my husband is a type 2 diabetic so I know how that can make you feel! Thank you for your kind words0

congrats on the 5 lbs so far! i am new to the site and i am trying to get in better shape for a cruise in July! i know that is soon but i have the Jillian Micheals work out dvds and im hope that keeping track with what i eat will help. last time i tried her workouts i did well but i wasnt keeping track of my food intake, as far as a candy at my desk here or chips when i get home. im thinking this site will help keep me accountable for what i eat. good luck on your goals.0
