Starting the Physicians Choice Wellness program (a medically monitored diet) today! It's going to be tough but in a few months when I look back I will be glad I started now.

Looking for people to connect with who are going through the same process. I am 80 pounds over weight (saying it out loud is the first step, right?). I enjoy working out so always looking for fun workouts! Have some knee problems and then the added body weight has prevented me from doing alot of things I want to do.

It's never too late to change your life!

    I'm just starting as well ! Well been doing this about 2 months off and on but Ive been totally focused and I have 60 pounds until I reach my first goal weight then I'll set another goal weight good luck!!!!!!!!!

    yeah lets do this!!!!! i am about 50lbs overweight and i am ready for a shange. I had a baby last april and i havent dropped that weight + i gained some after she was born as well. I have achy knees, get out of breath easily and i am tired of it!! good luck to you!! you can do it!!!!!
