This weekend I weighed myself for the first time in a year. I have gained 15 lbs! I was shocked. I am starting today with a very real look at what I'm eating and my workouts. I could use some friends on here for accountability and encouragement.

I started out similarly- I joined a gym in January because I knew I needed to lose, but it wasn't until I was there that I weighed myself for the first time in years. Seeing the number shocked me and that was when I decided to do this, for good. I love being on here, tracking my food keeps me honest and helps me learn how many things we think are "healthy" but are terrible for you! Feel free to add me!0
