    That is some really good progress and you can really see it. I often go by how my clothes fit and my face and thighs look. The scale doesn't also show our progress because of muscle gain. KEEP IT UP. This is awesome!

    You look great!! I started at 285, and now I am down to 250.. I was unable to really tell with my clothes, and then seemed suddenly I could really tell the difference.. I think your body has to play catch up sometimes.. :smile:
