...but what does NSV stand for?

    NSV - non-scale victory
    SO....if someone notices weight loss, or you can buy a smaller size of pants, or something like that. A victory that isn't necessarily less pounds on the scale. :smile:

    Not such a dumb question. I had wondered myself, but I think I've come up with the term "No Small Victory" whether thats right or wrong, I'm not exactly sure.
