    Hey, I'm 22, graduating college in a month, hoping to drop 15-20lbs by mid summer. Just started running 3-4 miles every other day 3 weeks ago, and started ViSalus shakes (90 calories) for 2 meal replacements a day a week ago. Finally motivated!
