Hi folks
I just started a 5x5 strength lifting program, but I'm wondering how i should record this in MFP, according to the exercise roofer strength training burns no calories, but this can't be right, i just spent 25 mins in the gym lifting weights and I'm starving![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Any tips?
