Anyone else on a 1800 calorie diet?

Would love to see what some people eat on a 1800 calorie diet. I myself am eating this much and then burning anywhere from 250-500 calories a day.

    My goal is 1700 but I eat back exercise calories, so depending on the day I eat well over 2000. My diary is also open, so feel free to take a look!

    I try to be around 1800 most days. Some days are better than others. Some days I find I am absurdly hungry.

    I'm set for 1700 right now. I plan to eat back whatever exercise calories I gain. My diary is also open if you'd like to take a look. :)

    Hi there!! My goal is set at "maintenance" which is 1640, but I eat back my exercise calories and usually consume well over 2000. I'm working on building muscle so I'm going for as much protein as possible. I just started this about two weeks ago and let me tell you, sometimes it's hard for me to eat enough healthy calories to stick around that 1640. What can I say, I'm still in weight loss mode.

    Anyway, it's a work in progress, learning and adjusting things as I go. My diary is open too, feel free to check it out!

    I try to be around 1700 and would love some new friends with similar goals so I can get some ideas! I am trying to lift some heavy weights and increase my protein...but all a work in progress!

    I eat at my TDEE for my activity level with a 500 cal deficit. So I typically eat between 1730-1850 calories a day. SW 148 CW 135 GW 130. I am 5'3" and excercise 6 days a week.

    Im trying to stay between 1300 to 1900 calories. I am in a weight loss burning mode. I feel like I am eating enough for now and i typically burn between 700-1100 calories in a workout.

    So far i am not tired or super hungry.

    My diary is open too but I just started about a week ago. Much of my food diary has been similar foods since I havnet cooked in the last few days.

    I'm at 1610 to lose half a lb a week. I go to 1800 when exercising!
