NSV--A coworker noticed!

None of the coworkers I've seen every day have noticed a difference (or, if they have, they haven't said anything). Today, a coworker who had been out for about a month returned and the first thing he said when he saw me was "You've lost some weight, haven't you?"

Feeling very good.

    It is always hard for the people you see every day to notice the change as it is happening. So glad that someone commented in a postive way. Nice to hear anyway.

    Good work! :) sometimes those around us that we see everyday don't notice the small changes taking place. You have lost a good deal of weight and that is a major accomplishment. Kudos on your hard work.

    I think maybe sometimes people are afraid to say something because they think they'll offend you! My father-in-law complemented me a couple weeks ago and my mother-in-law kicked him under the table! I told him I appreciated the fact that he noticed and I was glad he said something :)

    A few hours after that coworker said something, another one of my coworkers looked me up and down real close and said "You have lost quite a bit of weight, haven't you?"
