    Great job! How long did it take? I started 90lbs over weight and have lost 12.8lbs in 22 days, but I'm wondering if I'll plateau.

    Thank you for the inspiration hunne! I needed to see this today! Working hard....20 lbs down and this morning I hurt my back and it scares me about working out. I did it while swimming. But I am so determined this time to lose the weight and really ROCK IT!
