I'm not going to go into a lot of details because I know you just want to see the pictures.
I started Ripped in 30 on April 2nd. I did each level for 6 days, then took Sunday's off. I was able to do some of the advanced moves, but a good portion of the video I did the modified moves. I also did about 1 hour of cardio 5-6 days per week. I wake up and go running (or walk at incline on treadmill) right when I get up. Then I did Ripped in 30 between lunch and dinner (usually around 3pm).
I eat between 1150-1300 calories per day and I currently do not eat back exercise calories.

Bust: 39

**Sorry the middle picture is such poor quality in all of them. Misplaced my better camera and had to use phone.

I think you just answered my long-winded question on another thread. I'm very new here (to the message boards and the myfitnesspal site), and was just wondering if it is okay to do the same workout every day w/out a break in-between?
Am I reading right that you did Week One, 6 days in a row. Then Week Two...for 6 days, etc.?
I thought I needed a rest in-between. (Going by everything I've learned in the past)
Okay, I will work on my 2nd night in a row of WEEK TWO tonight if that is the way you did it!
Finally, a question for you, or anyone else reading this: There are some other favorite upper-body dumbbell exercises I like (And I go for the heavy and the BURN) - Do you think those are okay to do, also and in addition to this maybe on alternate or at least 3x/week - or am i going to burn myself out with all of that!?
I look forward to any input on the above.
Thanks again for sharing your story and photos with us. You are an inspiration!0 -
