    Wow. How long did it take you to lose the weight?

    @Biz it took me a very long time. I started seriously working on it at the age of 31. I hit my goal last summer at the age of 37. ;o)

    Wow Irene, that's a phenomenal result! The hard work has really paid off and you're close to reaching your goal. I don't know all the steps it takes to become a fitness professional but I do know one thing -- if you've decided to do it, you'll achieve it!
