Rachel-Marie and I'd love to be your friend!
4 ft 11 trying to get in as best shape as possible. Starting at 131 lbs, and as of yesterday 125 finally showed up on my scale. Yay!
I have a 4 year old son, and one of my biggest body image hurdles has been what pregnancy has done to my skin. It's getting better, and not near as bad as some images I have seen. I'm drinking lots of water, exfoliating, and puttin that cocoa butter on! (stretch marks a saggy skin)
I'm also addicted to motivational fitspo, but unfortunately a lot of the women I find are a lot taller. Muscles look different on them than they will on me... anyone else in the same boat? Have pictures of your short girl progress? Would love to see!
Lastly I have bipolar (treated and stable), and a history of anorexia. I'd love to help motivate anyone that needs it with either of these problems in their past or present. I can't really look at a lot of the pro ani crap on the internet without my heart breaking... but would be a good person to talk to about living a healthy lifestyle in recovery.

Hey. I am 5 ft 2 in and when I was in my best shape before I was lifting regularly. I can post one or 2 of my pictures from that time, but most of them I can't post on here, but would be happy to share so that you can get an idea of what it did for me anyway. I felt fantastic at the time though. And these pictures were AFTER my third child. I think he might have been a year old when I took them.0

Posted. The one with the long dark hair was lifting weights and in full recovery from drugs and ED. Also bipolar stabled and treated then too. We do have some common similarities.....0

That's great, thank you so much! I'll have to send you my e mail address so I can look at them. Did you have saggy skin and stretch marks? I'm mad at myself I waited this long to work on getting rid of it.0
