RAN IT

I ran the 1/2 marathon yesterday.. my first ever.. I was determined to run it in under 2 hours and 15 min... But didn't do as well as I thought.. was a lot of hills etc.. but I finished and that is the point right!? 2 hours and 41 min! Was so happy to have that done with... never again lol!!

    Good for you!!! I will run my first half in August! I reallllly hope it isn't sweltering hot! I am in Wisconsin so you never know! Could be 85 and humid at 7am race time!

    You are right that finishing your 1st race is what matters. You will take from this experience many things that you will improve upon during your next race. It will be even more fun and just as challenging.
