on C25K repeating weeks over and over??? this is my 2nd time doing this and both times it took me double the weeks to get through it ughhhhhh

I had to do several weeks over and actually never could finish. I would really like to get back to jogging, but my knee isn't letting me do it. I think I have "runner's knee" so it's not happy. I haven't been out since March 18. But it's better to repeat weeks than to try moving on, and not being able to complete the runs. Good luck!!! I totally understand what you are going through!0

Hey, I don't know if you've tried them, but I've found patella support bands to be pretty effective in preventing runner's knee and keep it from hurting once you have it as well. I've had a problem my whole life where my ligaments are basically too big for all my joints, so I'm really prone to this kind of thing and found the bands really helpful when I was running.I had to do several weeks over and actually never could finish. I have knee issues too :-( even had an MRI but no results yet0
