Just reached my 50 pds down milestone and can not tell you how happy and healthy I am! First time in my life to really dedicate myself to a program like MFP! Who new after 46 years it would come down to counting calories and exercising.. This program and the support and knowledge that comes with it is truely amazing.For all, there is light at the end of the tunnel we just have to work hard, commit and move, move, move!Here to support anyone that needs it... I just want to pass good health and movement on! For many has helped and supported me... thank you MFP and friends!
