Yep...you read that right...MY NSV today was that slippery sweat that you can feel ROLLING off you and down your face, neck, breasts and belly...I have done diet and exercise before but I have never been able to soak my shirt like I did today! I worked hard, and when I was finished my shirt had that sweat that starts at the neck and drips into a lovely V in the front of my shirt! I have watched others working out hard and become decorated with that V, but it never happened to me until today!! Not only that but the back of my shirt was also soaked. I felt as if someone had turned the water hose on me and I am proud that I was able to work up a lather like this!!

My workouts are getting more aggressive, lasting longer and my endurance is growing as a result! I am one happy camper, because it was in the past 24 hours that I have made up my mind that I WILL run a 5K this summer! It is going to take a heck of a lot of work on my part, but this is my new goal!

Sure, weight loss is part of this, but for the first time in my life, I WANT to run! OH MAN~Did i really just say that??? I really did! And I mean it with all my heart! I WANT TO RUN! Not because I love to run, but because I CAN! Maybe I will change my mind and learn to love running for the sake of running~I have heard many runners say they do. But for today it is enough that I want to do it for the challenge and I will push myself a little bit more every day till I accomplish this goal!

I know I will have many NSV's along the way. Today, slippery, slimy sweat and deciding to run a 5K are the ones that top them all!!
