Anyone know the best way to tone these up? I only have 1kg personal weights and can't afford to buy any more of them. Everything else seems to be toning up but these

well i found lifting my children have done wonders! my muscles ache after lifting my 10 mth old for a while! so if you dont have any kids some heavier weights! and my bingo wings were very bad!!0

Ha ha ha, not sure I want to resort to childbirth to get rid of bingo wings!

Weight training using your own body weight can be good. Think planks, push ups etc! Also you don't hav eto use weights. Use stuff from around the house. Bottled water, a bag of potatoes, a small child???0

I have a couple of spare kids, I can post them!
Also, those elastic resistance bands are great and they don't break the bank. When I was really desperate I used bungy ropes I found in the garage!0 -
What are planks? Not very good on push ups but I manage to do 10 in the morning and 10 at night, and do about 30 against the wall.
Think I'll pass on the spare kids :oP0
