Bingo Wings

Anyone know the best way to tone these up? I only have 1kg personal weights and can't afford to buy any more of them. Everything else seems to be toning up but these :o(

well i found lifting my children have done wonders! my muscles ache after lifting my 10 mth old for a while! so if you dont have any kids some heavier weights! and my bingo wings were very bad!!

Ha ha ha, not sure I want to resort to childbirth to get rid of bingo wings!

Unfortunately there's nothing in my budget for heavier weights :o(

Weight training using your own body weight can be good. Think planks, push ups etc! Also you don't hav eto use weights. Use stuff from around the house. Bottled water, a bag of potatoes, a small child???

I have a couple of spare kids, I can post them!

Also, those elastic resistance bands are great and they don't break the bank. When I was really desperate I used bungy ropes I found in the garage!

What are planks? Not very good on push ups but I manage to do 10 in the morning and 10 at night, and do about 30 against the wall.

Think I'll pass on the spare kids :oP
