Hi,
I joined MFP to keep a track of my weight loss and exercise (keep forgetting to update it though!). When I started losing weight I was 11 stone 12 pounds on March 20th. Now I'm 10 stone (yay!) and feeling and looking better than ever. Still want to lose more - I think 9 stone would be about right, and hopefully will be there soon.
