New to myfitnesspal

Hello everyone,
I am trying this because I am 6'0 210 lbs. I used to be 6'0 185 but my work and added stress has helped me balloon up. I always say I am going to work out and be healthier but it doesn't work for long. I am not sure what else I should add, I guess my desired weight is 185-190.
I am looking forward to hopefully learning from the community on what works and what doesn't.

I have been doing Insanity and I have dropped a lot of weight and built up muscle. I have improved my run considerably, starting to do 5k's which I have never done before. Want to learn more about Insanity shoot me a message.

Don, I started Insanity today, and it is extremly hard. I have seen many results from it from friends and the group here on MFP for Insanity. Nice to keep hearing about good results. I can't wait to see them!!!0

There are tips to starting out Insanity, for not so in shape people like us. I have done it twice and you really need someone who has been there to tell you how hard to push it and what to do and how to learn to do it correctly. Just shoot me amessage onwhat you are having issues with and I will help.0 -
Welcome...there is a lot of help here on MFP. Feel free to add me as a friend. The main thing I think that helps me is logging everything I eat. Also, if you are able pick you up a digital food scale. It will help with serving size.etc. GOOD LUCK !!0
