Has anyone tried this? I started this morning and the fit test was pretty hard, but I did better than I thought I would. How did it go for you?

Also....how long was it until you noticed that your cardio health had improved?0

I am taking my fit test today. Did you find you needed someone with you to help you count your reps? I am totally uncoordinated and think I might need someone to count for me while I do the mvoements. I worry that if I try to do both I will totally mess up!0

I finished Insanity in March. IT was tough, but great. I noticed after 2 or 3 weeks that my core was tighter and my back and arm muscles were getting some definition. After 2 weeks, it got easier, but never easy. Then, you start to get a little bored and month 2 hits. It's a great workout program and one that anyone up for a challenge should try out for themselves. Good luck!0

I am currently on Day 2 of Recovery Week. I could barely count my reps the first fit test and barely survived, but two weeks later on the 2nd Fit Test I could tell a big difference, I was able to easily count my reps and did significantly more than before. I started at 274 and am around 250 now after the first month!0

At first insanity is definitely tough. If you can get through it mentally, you have accomplished a lot. Stick with it. I have completed insanity and have lost 36 lbs and also went from 38W to now at times a 32. My core is tighter, abs are starting to show and overall I feel great. It is definitely a great workout that uses only your own body to get results. I am currently doing month 2 over again and I am continuing to lose lbs each week. Keep it up!!0

I'm on my 2nd day of Recovery week. This program kicks your *kitten*, it isnt for the faint hearted and it leaves you drenched - almost drowning in your own sweat. I'm strangely loving it though! I cant wait for month 2, and yes, even though I'm gaining weight on it - I'm losing inches, which means I'm building muscle and getting leaner.
Stick with it! You'll see results, I promise.0
