    Fine cooking has a similar dish, just add those small cherry tomatoes. Delish!

    I make this, but I add diced grilled chicken, pine nuts, garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and some lemon juice. :)

    It's pretty much my "go to" dish that I make if I have a friend over for lunch. It has never disappointed. :)
