    I finally joined onboard the MFP. I've always tried dieting but realized I really got to just change my lifestyle for this to stick. I quickly get discouraged by minimal weight loss when lots of effort is put forth. So now I'm ready to keep sticking with it and hopefully get back to where I was years ago.

    Being 5 foot I have a horrible time trying to lose weight in my hips and thighs, no matter what I do. Seems as though my thighs are the absolute last place I'll lose weight. I dont know if anyone else can relate.

    As for me, I would love to have more muscle tone. After i had my son; i got back down to weight and size really quick and din't have much excess skin/fat issues. After i had my daughter over 3 yrs ago; it's been hard to get back to the body i once had. I want to feel good about myself again.Plus, with my health i need to maintain a lower than average BMI; currently i am 20.9, and i need to make sure that i don't go over 21 and that being at or around 19 would be best for me. (less strain on the heart muscle). I need help and inspiration!
