    hey sorry I didn't post the nutritional info:

    the magazine lists them as :

    calories: 295
    fat: 7.9g
    protein:18.4
    carb:38.7
    fiber:17.5
    iron:5.3

    However calories/fat reduced without the pancetta

    it's really good!!! you can even put a bit less parmesan if you want, but it adds a nice flavour to it!

    I'll have to give this a try. I tried lentil soup once and it was sort of gross but I'm willing to try it again, lol. besides, it just might have not been made right
