Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer- Anyone tried it?

I just joined Planet Fitness and they're set to open next Monday, so I'm looking for a weight routine. I have the New Rules of Lifting for Women, but I haven't lifted seriously in years, so I don't really want to jump straight to that. Jamie's program looks like it would be easier to ease into while still being challenging. Thoughts?
Oh, I'm also not going to be following the diet or supplement part, just the workout. I eat my BMR plus half or so exercise calories, aiming for 125+ grams of protein, and I take a multivitamin and fish oil.

I just started the workout. I was originally going to do Felicia Romero's, but I felt it didn't table enough bodyparts. I'm following a different food plan, since I'm vegetarian. Aiming for 125-140g of protein daily.0
