Low fat protein sources - no red meat or poultry

I'm trying to keep my macros to 50/30/20 and I need help with some protein sources. I don't eat red meat (other than venison) or poultry. I have the usual suspects - canned tuna, protein shake, venison - but beyond that, I'm lost. I used peanut butter a lot to make up my protein deficit, but now I'm trying for lower fat intake.

I eat a lot of quorn. That is a good source of protein and very low fat.

Definitely cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. A glass of milk, shrimp and tilapia (buy frozen in bulk to save money).

Great ideas, thanks guys! I totally forgot about egg beaters - protein without the fat.

White fish, such as haddock or cod. Lovely baked in the oven on top of some canned chopped tomatos with herbs and garlic.

Believe it or not, many of your dark green veggies are great sources of protein. 1 oz of spinach, kale, broccoli, rapini, collard greens, mustard greens, and asparagus, all have 1g protein and are about 7-10 cals. per ounce. So, eat your veggies!

Definetly cottage cheese. I know you said low fat but don't get the fat free version. I didn't realize that the protein difference between FF cottage cheese and 1-2% is almost triple the protein! I'll take the measly gram or so of fat and 40 cals for the higher protein count.

Pork Tenderloin. I prefer mine smoked... absolutely delicious and extremely lean!
