Vegetable: Zucchini - roasted is SO delicious and you can do so much with them :D Also very high in potassium
Fruit: Raspberries - so yummy :D too bad they are so pricey :C

Onions are a close second :]

    Snap peas, celery, and broccoli (believe it or not I like it raw)

    Strawberries and granny smith apples =). Love blackberries too but they aren't as sweet in FL as they were in IN.
