    Absolutely Amazing! If you could give one piece of advice to the rest of us still on our journey, what would it be?

    Get a food scale & do not let anything or anyone stand in the way! Also accept the fact that if you bring your own food to social events (family dinners and what not) people may say something, but it's your burden not theirs.
