fun workouts!

Options
If anyone is looking for some new ideas for workouts, here's the things I like to do:

Jump rope
Biking (I live in Colorado, so the outdoors is always a beautiful setting, except in the winter!)
Ballet bar warm-ups
Swiss ball work-outs
Yoga!

    Since I broke my ankle, I need floor exercises that don't require that I be standing.

    The swiss ball would definitely work for that, and some yoga poses too. Pretty much any home calisthenics, especially ab workouts, wouldn't require putting weight on you leg.
