New to my fitness pal. I could use some support friends.

So I think having support friends and people who will make me feel guilty/bad for binging or eating like garbage can be a huge help to me. If anyone is looking to lend me a hand or wants me to help motivate them as well, just drop me a friend request.

I have nothing to hide, we are all here for the same reason, to loose those stubborn extra pounds.

I am trying to get into eating properly all the time also followed with some cardio and minor weight training.

Also I am looking into getting "into' kettle bell, I heard it is amazing to help speed up the metabolism
