I put on some dress shoes today that buckle up... before I could only buckle them on about the 3rd notch. I put them on today... they are both buckled on the tightest notch!!!

That is awesome. I was able to put on a pair of 16 shorts yesterday. They fit snug but I could get them buttoned. I started out in a tight 18.
