yes, step one you found this site!! It's great and extremely helpful!! Use this site daily to track your food intake, your exercise etc.....there are so many wonderful people on here who can help you and support you!!! I started by tracking my intake on this site and realized just how much I was really eating....that really impressed upon me just what I was putting in my mouth every day!!! With time and patience, I was able to modify my eating habits and increase my exercise habits!! I have successfully lost around 20-25 lbs since Feb. 2009 and I feel great....I have faultered here and there but am still committed to becoming a more healthy person!! So you hang in there, track your food and exercise and you will see a change.....it will be an uphill battle all the way, but just focus and don't beat yourself up when you faulter....just pick it back up and keep moving forward!!
