I have four kids (youngest is 6 months) and have the same problem. I have diastasis recti. Here is some info and a way to tell if you have it: http://www.momsintofitness.com/faq-flat-stomachs-and-diastasis-recti. I got the bootcamp 2 video from that website but honestly haven't been very faithful in doing it so can't say if it works or not. I don't know why I don't do it more often, since the belly is what bothers me the most! Agh!

Sometimes, it just takes longer. Maybe more cardio? Give it time. Your little one is still pretty young. I noticed a big difference in my stomach during this last year.

I didn't start to really lose my belly until I started lifting heavy. Not just ab exercises, but stuff like squats, and ect. You don't lift weights start. It really has helped me.

You are way too hard on yourself...but I have a thought or two. Have you had yourself checked for hernias? Sometimes moms get hernias during labor without knowing it - it looks a lot like excess weight when in fact it may be a medical issue. Also, I have looked into cool sculpting (I think this is the name)...I have spoken to some people and they have had good results. The treatment is non-invasive and perfectly safe...I'm going to try it once I lose another 10 pounds.

Also - belly issues are best fought with cardio...the ab exercises help, but the cardio burns the fat off quicker.

Firstly, your mommy tummy isn't bad. Secondly, maybe strength training would help.

I don't see a mommy tummy but that's probably because I've never had kids and my stomach is bigger than yours! You look great!

The question here isnt how old are your children but how long have you been actively working out? if most of your workouts have consisted of cardio...good job! However in order to get that belly off you will have to do strength training and yes sit ups.Uggg I know. I have 2 kids so I know what it takes :) Heres the great thing as you add muscle you boost your bodies ability to burn fat! Yes do P90 but only if youll stick with it when the weight comes off. You really have to enjoy your exercise! Adding weight training and cardio cross train will dramatcally increase what they call muscle confusion..this causes your body to work harder and you burn more calories. When you have muscle you burn calories at a higher rate...so great job for picking up those weights and doing P90...also you will need to core train...but P90 will cover this too. stay encouraged get strong!
