Working Out + Weight Loss

For the past month and a half I have been working out 4-5 times a week for 1 hour burning between 500-600 calories and watching what I eat, always staying within my calorie goal. I was hoping I would start seeing myself lose weight but I haven't lost any weight at all, I've just maintained my current weight. How long until I should start seeing results? Or what should I be doing to start seeing results?
I'm a vegetarian so I constantly worry that maybe I am needing certain nutrients or vitamins for when I workout, any suggestions?

You should open your food diary to get a good answer.0

Take measurements to see how your body is changing. The scale may not be moving but with that much exercise and if you are staying in your calorie limit I'm sure you will be losing inches. (not a doctor just trying to be positive)0
