Curried Chicken Salad with Apples and Raisins

So i found this recipe online, and tried it, and i loved it. Great change from the traditional chicken salad! So i thought id post the recipe here to share!!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup lite mayo
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp water
1 cup chopped chicken
3/4 cup chopped apple
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 tbsp raisins
1/8 tsp salt

Directions: Mix mayo, curry powder, water, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken, apple, celery and raisins. Mix well. Cover and chill.

Makes 4 1/2 Cup Servings. Calories: 122 Fat: 6 Sodium: 152 Fiber: 2 Sugar: 9 Protein: 11

    The calories of 222 were for half the recipe I stated there was 4 servings and with my different brands such as mayo the cals came out a little different. Please look what is posted before correcting.
