This is my first full week of MFP- sunday is exactly one week. I haven't hopped on the scale ALL week- and cannot wait until TOMORROW-- i'm so excited to see what I have accomplished this week!
(I dont know if i've ever been soo excited to jump on a scale before.. lol)

    Keep a glass of water handy at all times.

    It's my first full week too (on Monday). I've already broke some emotional eating patterns and became more aware of how much I just grabbed something - just because....

    This site is great.

    Best wishes to you tomorrow :wink: !!! I know what you mean too about being so excited. Befere MFP I don't think getting on the scales was something I ever looked forward too......but now days I do ! Will be looking forward to your post. :happy:

    good luck tomorrow im going to hope on mine tomorrow morning (monday morning for me) been a week today but forgot to hope on this morning lol

    fingers crossed for both us its a good result.
