ice cream for breakfast (with pic)
This is better than a breakfast smoothie, but really you can have it any time...
The night before take some ripe bananas and smash them up with a fork till they are all goo (in a bowl). Then put in your favorite treats- I used Trader Joe's Almond butter with flax seeds, and a little bit of raw honey-- and smash it all in together. Then put it in the freezer over night. if you can go in the freezer every our or so and just mix around, but not necessary.
The next morning, pour in a bit of milk (I used almond milk) and start scraping the frozen mixture with the milk on top, as it softens up add in a little more milk- continue doing this until you get ice cream consistency and then transfer to a nice glass!
ENJOY!
