making a fratatta

Hello! I am brand new to the sight just started yesterday. I want to make a ham and cheese fratatta with broccoli for dinner but can't find it in the food bank anywhere. I tried adding it manually but I have no idea what the grams of fat, protein or carbs are. It is so simple to make. 6 eggs, 2-3 slices of ham 2-3 slices of american cheese both cut up about a tablespoon of skim milk a bag of frozen broccoli and sprinkle a tablespoon of cheddar cheese on top...any suggestions for the newbie? Thanks in advance!

Make it by weighing and measuring all your ingredients and adding them one by one to your food diary. Then go to quick tools and remember meal. It will calculate the nutrients for you. This is a handy tool, because say another time you have some for breakfast and some for lunch the next day, you can select portion size from the my meals tab. Also, if you're going to share it, spell it right It's frittata, and you might find something similar in the database by searching for it, although if you want to be thorough I always think it's best to enter it yourself.0

There's an awesome recipe builder onsite:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/box
Just enter the name and number of servings, then all the ingredients and it will calculate how much of everything in each serving. It's under the food tab called recipes. One of my favorite site features for sure0
