I have lost 60 lbs so far, and dropped 4 pant sizes. Yesterday after my workout I thought I would have the trainer take my waist measurement as an ego boost because I haven't kept track of my inches. Well he took it and it is the same from 8 months ago!! I wanted to cry, this doesn't make any sense to me at all!!

It sounds like you've lost a good amount of lean mass.
Not that it's a "good" thing, but a lrge amount. Are you not doing any weight resistance?0 -
For the first 3 months I was doing weights, and then I stopped going to the gym and just went walking again. I'm starting to incorporate weights again this week.0

Weight lifting make's all the difference. Don't get down on yourseld, use that bump in the road and let it out on the weights!!
Also do a 5 minute cardio warm up, then weight lifting &cardio last. You will burn more fat! Good luck!0
