If I don't exercise much....

...save for walking to the train station and running around to catch trains, am I supposed to strictly stay within my maximum daily calorie limit to lose weight? I have a maximum limit of 1360 based on my fitness goals/lifestyle but I find that I'm usually quite hungry and I tend to exceed this limit. Any ideas/pointers?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Start tracking your fats/carbs/proteins. I found that my diet was carbohydrate-heavy, and once I swapped a few things out I was able to meet my calorie goals a lot more easily with less hunger.
Also, cinnamon gum is a great appetite suppressant. It'll help you stick with it until your body adjusts to the new caloric level.0
