I challenged some of my MFP's to join me in a 5000 calories burn per week, but none of them excepted, last week I burned 5555 calories & I plan on doing this the entire month of May...do I have any takers? :drinker:

I would totally do this, except I don't think I've ever burnt even 1000 in a workout! So I would have to work out like twice a day, 5 days a week to get there. Hope you find some people to go along with you!0

I'd have to work out twice a day to do this lol. What kind of work outs are you doing?0

I go twice on M-W-F, those are the days I burn 1100 calories...the other days is about 650-700 calories...T-W-Sat, but I am sticking to cardio & weights...most of the burn is from cardio though.0 -
I'd do this if it were possible to do so without killing myself. LOL. I burn anywhere between 2500 and 3500 a week, on average. And that's working EXTREMELY hard. For someone of my size, it's impossible to do more without either spending most of my non-working, waking hours working out or killing myself. Or both.0
