 Hello everyone! I have been doing MFP for exactly 5 weeks now. I currently have two friends (thank you very much ladies) but would really like to gain some more. I am looking to connect with women between the ages of 30-35 who are trying to really change the way they live. I am hoping to find really great motivating people on here who will help give me that extra push I may need sometimes. Anyway, I hope to meet some fun, exciting people who are on a mission. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Good morning! I just saw your post this morning. This is the very first post I am making..... I just joined MFP yesterday. My work is doing a biggest loser challenge and yesterday was our second weigh in - and I gained 1 lb. Not only was that depressing but embarrassing too since everyone at work now knows it. I will be 30 this year and I have a 14 month old son. I am still carrying baby weight and have so little time to exercise since I work full time and take online classes. BUT, I am determined to somehow work it out and start making healthier choices for myself and my family. It seems like you are on the right track and seven lbs down - stay focused and keep up the good work!0

I added you as a friend! I'm a mom to two young girls, I work full time, married and I'm 30! I've been using MFP for awhile but just started really being serious the past two weeks.0

Hello! I am 30 and my husband and I have been working out for about 2 months. Looking at your weight loss we are pretty close to where we started and where we want to be. I can't say I'm always the best motivator since sometimes the couch just sounds better than a treadmill but I try to push myself to go, and it pays off when that weight starts going down. I will send you a friend request. Best of Luck!!0

Don't get frustrated that you gained a pound! My husband and I did a program with our local gym and my second week I gained a pound and I broke into tears. The next week I lost the pound I gained and three more and felt so much better. Stay with it and try to keep your head up. I know how much it hurts and how embarassed you can feel but try to remember it's about the big picture of what you lose and not just one week. Good Luck!!0 -

I have just started MFP 2 days ago and I love it! I am 34 years old, married with 2 children Lewis and Sophie. I am on a mission to get my sexy back LOL! Would love to be an extra motivator for you! I am working out on the Biggest loser 30-day jump start and it is tough so I am hoping the pounds drop! I could do with more friends to motivate each other! Would love if you added me as a friend. My user name is lisamenteithbeaton xx0

Hello, I am 31 and I could use the support too. Sometimes I will start off great, but the following week I will fall off. Then repeat the cycle again. My husband and I try to jog at least 1 mile every morning, once we get the kids off to school. I just started MFP yesterday, so maybe we can encourage each other to stay on track and consistent! I want to loose 62lbs and need alot of support0
